0.4kg. A little less than the 1kg I was hoping to lose and as such I have donated £10 to ROLDA; a Romanian based animal charity with a no-kill policy. You can visit their webpage here:
It’s a new week and I’m starting at 96.5kg. Assuming I lose 1kg by next Sunday I will donate £10 to Cathedral Archer Project. Failing that I am open to suggestions for other charities for donations.
The biggest challenge to overcome is snacking. I don’t drink alcohol, so I don’t have to worry about those calories, but when I am bored I snack. Generally, I find I am bored for roughly 35 hours a week, give or take.
The numbers don’t lie; I need a calorie deficit of roughly 7,000 over the course of the week. Adjusting for calories used in exercise I start off needing to stay within 1,800 calories a day. Snacking makes that very, very difficult.
I really enjoy exercise and I love to walk out in the sun, like today. I’m starting to struggle again with my shoulder pain though. Even just a few kilometres of walking results in a heavy ache in my shoulders. My physio is going to have his work cut out when I see him this week with my shoulders, back and ankle all playing up…
